Liz Weber is a project manager and analyst for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the Joint Institute for Strategic Energy Analysis. Liz is also the lead for the State Local and Tribal-State Energy Program at NREL. In her work, she helps plan and implement cross-cutting clean energy studies related to the U.S. electricity sector, energy storage, and other power sector issues. Her work also incorporates resilience, supply chains, food systems, environmental justice, and clean energy workforce development for state, local and Tribal communities. Liz holds a master’s degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School, a master’s degree in environmental science, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Colorado.
